I would love to do a dessert with laughing cow cheese. Sounds like an iron chef challenge. Some have mention cheese cake, this is worrisome. Even with using the laughing cow cheese I'm worried that all the other ingredients will spike the calorie content up to high and when faced with eating a fake cheese cake for 450 calories a slice or a real one for 600 calories a slice I'd just go for the real thing.
and who is to say we could get it to taste and look, and texture the same way as cheese cake. This is something I want to try but it something I'll wait to see when I actually start these tasks. That isn't to say I won't try some sweet tasty avenues, it's just the cheese cake is a bit out of my league so to speak.

Purpose
I'm starting this blog to post my successes and failures of creating recipes using laughing cow cheese. I'm very excited to try others recipes and also create my own. I have a bunch of ideas I want to post the recipes, the calories and if we thought it was a success or failure. Each post will have a picture of the end product maybe even more.
This morning I made myself an english muffin with laughing cow cheese and 3 slices of honey ham. I spread the laughing cow swiss cheese on like you would cream cheese. This gave me the idea of what other things you can do with it. Most people use it like a spread, which I will, but I think you can do more that just that.
Here is some ideas I have so far
Tomato Caprese
Cheese Steak Sandwich
Quesadilla
A standard Cheese sauce
Brocoli and Cheese
Bruchetta
Artichoke Dip
Grilled Zuchini Rolls
Loaded Baked Potato with Tuna
Herbed Cheese Ravioli
Rueban Sandwich
Grilled Veggie Wrap
